Skin care Routine



While talking about skin care routine, almost everybody is talking about how to protect or care your facial skin. But what about your body? You have to protect them also from the harmful UVA and UVB and also from other pollution in order to keep them youthful for a longer period of time.

We all know that while caring your skin, you should follow 4 basic steps, cleansing, exfoliating, toning and moisturizing. These four steps must be followed for your body skin also.

To clean your body, you should bath in luke-warm water. Too much cold or too hot water may damage the upper part of your skin. So take a bath properly with a mild soap and use a scrubber or a loofah to remove the dead cells from your body. Take a soft towel and just pat dry your skin. And now come the moisturizing part. Rub a small amount of body lotion or mild body oil immediately after bathing. This will seal your skins’ moister. So by taking only a proper bath you will be able to protect your body skin also.


Go Natural: 

  • Instead of using any scrub available in the market, try to use salt (which are used in your cooking) mixed with some gram flour. It is an excellent natural scrubber.
  • Use yogurt mixed with some honey as a pack on your face and body to make it soft and glowing.
  • Mix some yogurt with gram flour (take the quantity according to the length of your hair) and apply it on your hair, keep it for an hour and then rinse off with cold water. You will not need any conditioner after that. This pack will keep your hair soft and manageable. Try it.
